Set Up a Breakfast Menu for Your Restaurant
The most important meal of the day is breakfast, especially for clients who are always doing errands and don’t have time to prepare quick meals. Therefore, it would be practical and advantageous for employees and consumers to have a breakfast menu that customers can view, order from, and pay for online.
A digital restaurant menu QR code app is one of the few tools your eatery or restaurant may utilize to provide this service.
The tables in your dining area can then be given these menu QR codes so your staff can keep track of the orders patrons place.
Steps in creating a breakfast menu
There is no need to look elsewhere for instructions on creating one. Create one for your restaurant right now after reading over the list below.
1. Create an Account
Using a QR code menu app or software, you must first design an account before you can create a breakfast menu.
- Add a store
Create a store for your restaurant as soon as you have an account, which you now have.
On the left side of the screen of this particular piece of software, there is a store tab.
When adding a store, you must enter the name of your restaurant, address, and phone number.
- Curate your breakfast menu
After creating a store, you can now generate the breakfast menu. To do this, click on the menu tab located directly beneath the store tab.
The meals tab and the modifiers tab will then be displayed. To move on to the next phase, select the foods tab.
- Create categories
You must add a category now that you are in the foods tab. You’ll notice Category right next to the tabs, and there’s an add button there as well.
Press the “add” button. A pop-up will now display, requiring you to select a store, enter the category name, and select any modifier groups (if any) you want to add to this Category.
It would be advisable to set up your modifiers first before creating a category if you do have them for your menu items and categories. Either way, you can update these things whenever you want to make adjustments since the changes will be immediately reflected.
- Add food items to your list
The Food List is located right next to the Categories. To add it, click the Add Button.
You will see another pop-up for that, and you must enter the following information:
- Choose a store
- Enter the product’s name here.
- Include a description.
- Add the cost.
- Type in the size of your meals.
- Add specific component cautions.
- Choose the modifiers.
- Indicate the preparation process.
- If you want it featured on your website, click “featured.”
- If it’s available, tick availability.
- Click the ADD button after uploading an image, adding any recommended items (optional).
That’s all, then! This meal item will now be visible on your digital menu.
